We at Greenland Gardens take great care in packing and delivering your plants in healthy condition. However, due to the nature of live plants and shipping limitations, replacement or refund is provided under specific conditions only.

Replacement Is Applicable When:


The plant is severely damaged or dead on arrival


The wrong product was delivered (e.g., different plant or pot)


The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos

🚫 Replacement/Refund Not Applicable For:


Minor leaf damage or soil spillage during transit


Natural changes in plant appearance (e.g., slight drooping, color variation)


Incorrect shipping address or contact details provided by customer


Delayed pickup by customer after courier attempted delivery


Issue reported after 24 hours of delivery



> 🔸 Important: If the courier delivers on time but the recipient fails to collect or is unavailable, resulting in plant damage — no refund or replacement will be issued.

Refunds are not generally offered for live plants unless:


The plant is unavailable for replacement


A non-plant product is incorrect and you prefer a refund
