We understand that sometimes plans change. Here is our cancellation policy:

🕒 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

💰 Refund on Cancellation

If the order is cancelled in time, your full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

If the cancellation is not eligible, the amount will not be refunded.

🚫 Non-Cancellable Items

Live plants, once packed for shipping, cannot be cancelled due to the sensitive nature of the product.

Custom potting or bulk orders are also non-cancellable once confirmed.
